Education:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable.

1. Asset Management & Operational Oversight
Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets.
Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Monitor hotel operations in coordination with operators.
Track and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction scores.
2. Strategic Alignment & Value Creation
Support the Head - Asset Management in developing strategies aligned with the group's vision.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement.
Collaborate with operators and internal teams to implement value-creation initiatives.
3. Contracts, Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services.
Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and service contracts.
Ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and brand standards.
4. Design & Operational Coordination
Coordinate with design teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects.
Ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
Support operators in implementing operational improvements and compliance measures.
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance reports for the Head - Asset Management.
Liaise with internal teams, operators, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
