AI-Driven Content Development\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate:\nContent creation (videos, scripts, documentation)\nKnowledge extraction from product artifacts\nPersonalization of learning paths\nDefine and operationalize a scalable AI-assisted content pipeline\n4. Deliver & Facilitate Training\nConduct live training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs\nEnable internal trainers and SMEs to deliver content effectively\nSupport rollout of major product releases through targeted training\n5. Measure & Optimize\nDefine success metrics (adoption, certification rates, time-to-productivity)\nGather feedback across internal teams, partners, and customers\nContinuously improve training effectiveness and user experience\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCore Experience\n4–8 years in:\nInstructional Design / Learning & Development / Enablement\nProven experience building end-to-end training programs\nExperience delivering training (not just designing)\nAI & Modern Tooling\nHands-on experience using AI tools for:\nContent creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, Loom AI, etc.)\nDocumentation or learning acceleration\nStrong interest in building AI-first enablement workflows\nDomain Experience (Strong Plus)\nExperience in SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC/IAM space\n(SailPoint, Saviynt, cybersecurity, compliance tools are highly relevant)\nExecution Mindset\nBuilder mentality — comfortable creating from scratch\nAble to work with ambiguity and define structure independently\nStrong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Services teams\n\nIf you are interested, Please Share your Profile to [email protected]
