Role: Enablement & Instructional Design Lead (AI-Driven Learning Programs)\nLocation: India (Remote)\nExperience: 10+ years\nNotice Period : Immediate to 30 Days\nDepartment: Product / GTM Enablement\nLevel: Mid-level (high ownership, hands-on builder)\nAbout the Role\nWe are undergoing a major platform modernization and are looking for a hands-on Enablement & Instructional Design Lead to build and scale our internal, partner, and customer training programs.\nThis role is not about maintaining existing training — it is about designing and operationalizing a modern enablement function from the ground up , leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and delivery.\nYou will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, and Support to translate product capabilities into effective, scalable learning experiences.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n1. Build the Enablement Framework\nDesign and implement a multi-audience training strategy :\nInternal teams (Sales, Product Experts, Services, Support)\nPartners (implementation & sales enablement)\nCustomers (foundational + advanced product training)\nDefine certification paths, learning journeys, and program structure\nEstablish repeatable processes for ongoing enablement tied to product releases\n2. Instructional Design & Content Creation\nCreate high-quality training content:\nCourses, playbooks, demos, walkthroughs, certifications\nTranslate product management artifacts (PRDs, demos, release notes) into learning content\nApply modern instructional design principles (modular, role-based, outcome-driven learning)\n3.

AI-Driven Content Development\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate:\nContent creation (videos, scripts, documentation)\nKnowledge extraction from product artifacts\nPersonalization of learning paths\nDefine and operationalize a scalable AI-assisted content pipeline\n4. Deliver & Facilitate Training\nConduct live training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs\nEnable internal trainers and SMEs to deliver content effectively\nSupport rollout of major product releases through targeted training\n5. Measure & Optimize\nDefine success metrics (adoption, certification rates, time-to-productivity)\nGather feedback across internal teams, partners, and customers\nContinuously improve training effectiveness and user experience\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCore Experience\n4–8 years in:\nInstructional Design / Learning & Development / Enablement\nProven experience building end-to-end training programs\nExperience delivering training (not just designing)\nAI & Modern Tooling\nHands-on experience using AI tools for:\nContent creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, Loom AI, etc.)\nDocumentation or learning acceleration\nStrong interest in building AI-first enablement workflows\nDomain Experience (Strong Plus)\nExperience in SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC/IAM space\n(SailPoint, Saviynt, cybersecurity, compliance tools are highly relevant)\nExecution Mindset\nBuilder mentality — comfortable creating from scratch\nAble to work with ambiguity and define structure independently\nStrong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Services teams\n\nIf you are interested, Please Share your Profile to [email protected]
