\nRole Description The SAT Math Faculty role is a full-time, on-line position based in Bengaluru. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging SAT Math classes, covering core topics such as algebra, geometry, problem solving, and data analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, developing practice questions and mock tests, evaluating student performance, and providing individualized feedback and doubt-clearing sessions. The role also involves refining curriculum materials, tracking student progress, and collaborating with other faculty to ensure consistent teaching standards and student outcomes. Participation in parent communication, workshops, and academic counseling sessions may be required to support students’ overall test readiness.

- Strong foundation in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics relevant to SAT-level problem solving. \n
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans, exercises, and assessment materials for standardized tests. \n
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Education, or a closely related field. \n
- Prior experience teaching SAT Math or other competitive exam math courses, with a track record of student score improvement. \n
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, use real-world examples, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. \n
- Strong classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills, with a student-centered and inclusive approach. \n
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to supplement in-person instruction and track performance. \n
