Head of Government Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders across central and state governments (e.g., PMO, MeitY, MNRE, MoCI, MoF, NITI Aayog, State CMOs, Indian/Taiwanese Embassies, etc.)
• Shape upcoming government policies and advocate Foxconn's business and strategic interests
• Represent Foxconn India in key government forums , policy consultations, and high-level meetings
• Anticipate and mitigate policy and regulatory risks basis global trends , and manage crisis resolution
• Actively collaborate with other HQ verticals and business entities for “One Foxconn” view
• Standardize key activities including periodic engagement calendar, action items tracking, stakeholder mapping, and others
• Lead 'Government Relations' team ; including conducting team members' internal reviews, KPI tracking, performance appraisals, and capability building

Preferred Experience

• Industry Experience: Extensive experience (20+ years) in corporate affairs / public policy / government relations roles for a large organization in India.
• Academic Background: Master's degree, preferably in Public Policy / Business Management.
• Sector Expertise: Prior experience in industries requiring government incentives like electronics manufacturing, energy, & others.
