Senior Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer

The key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, designing and developing instructional content, creating curricula, and managing learning management systems. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate training programs that enhance learning and development outcomes for the organization.\n\nKEY EXPECTATIONS\nInstructional Leadership: Lead high-level design decisions and maintain quality standards for both onshore and offshore ID teams.\nTeam Guidance: Mentor IDs to ensure they are correctly applying pedagogical best practices and the established SME-led development model.\nReview & Approval: Review and approve all critical instructional artifacts, including blueprints and storyboards, to ensure consistency across modules.\nGuideline Governance: Own and update the \"live\" guideline documents as requirements are refined throughout the development process.\nStrategy Liaison: Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to handle design-level updates and potential rescoping needs\n\nQualifications\nMUST HAVE\nYears of Experience: 2–10 years in instructional design\nFor Sr. ID position you should have at least 2 years in a senior ID role.\nSector Experience: Extensive experience in US-based\n\nK-12 education System\nPrior experience of Storyboarding Educational content\n\nGOOD TO HAVE\nExperience in Training & Development, and Learning Management system implementation\nAbility to evaluate the efficiency of training programs and suggest improvements\nStrong project management, communication, and collaboration skills\nKnowledge of e-learning platforms and tools would be an advantage\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or a related field\n\nBudget Range: INR 60K-100K\n\nper month with no TDS deduction (Depending on performance and years of relevant experience)\n\nCompany Description\nSamridhi Infotech is dedicated to empowering businesses by providing customized HR management solutions.
