Assistant Restaurant Manager

Siciliana, our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Balewadi, Pune, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to be a part of our launch team.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Front-of-House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Siciliana's service standards, SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor restaurant readiness, ambience, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, guest engagement and repeat business.
• Prepare staff rosters, supervise shifts and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor inventory, operating supplies and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety and company policies.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role in a reputed Italian or premium casual/fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service and food & beverage standards.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in opening or launching a new restaurant will be an added advantage.
• Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately will be preferred.
