\nAbout the Role
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative BIM Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with proven experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and parametric family creation. You will play a key role in delivering digital factory, industrial, and infrastructure projects aligned with international BIM standards (ISO 19650).
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Develop and manage LOD 300–500 BIM models across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines. \n
- Perform clash detection, QA/QC, and model audits using Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACC. \n
- Create parametric and non-parametric Revit families to enhance modeling efficiency. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP, PMC) for seamless project delivery. \n
- Prepare construction-ready drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings. \n
- Support Scan-to-BIM workflows, CAD-to-BIM conversions, and digital delivery processes. \n
- Ensure compliance with BEP, ISO 19650 standards, and client-specific BIM protocols. \n
Required Skills
\n- \n
- Software Proficiency: Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / ACC, Bluebeam. \n
- Strong knowledge of clash detection, federated models, and BIM coordination workflows. \n
- Experience in construction documentation, BOQ extraction, and rebar detailing. \n
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and digital factory workflows. \n
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. \n
- 3–6 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination. \n
- Certifications in Revit, BIM Coordination, or Navisworks will be an added advantage. \n
