Profile: Accountant-Finance-Surat-3 LPA

Experience: 

Minimum 2 Years

• Accounting Firm
• Financial Consultancy
• GST & Bookkeeping
• Finance & Accounts

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles: 

1. Bookkeeping & Accounting

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record journal entries, voucher entries, and maintain ledgers accurately.

2. GST Billing & Compliance

• Prepare GST invoices and maintain GST-related accounting records.
• Assist in GST documentation and basic compliance activities.

3. Bank Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of banking transactions.

4. Financial Record Maintenance

• Manage accounting documents, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare accounting reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
• Assist senior accountants in generating financial reports.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting-related documentation and queries.
• Support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks as required.

Qualification: 

• B.Com (Preferred)
• M.Com will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in a CA firm or financial consultancy will be preferred.
