Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using VC++/MFC, C#, .NET, and WPF.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• Integrate and customize Foxit PDF SDK for PDF viewing, editing, and annotation features.
• Build rich user interfaces using DevExpress controls.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality.
• Manage source code using Git and Perforce.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA for task management.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Windows Desktop Application Development.
• Strong expertise in VC++/MFC.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET, and WPF.
• Experience with Foxit PDF SDK integration.
• Hands-on experience with DevExpress UI components.
• Strong knowledge of Windows programming concepts and multithreading.
• Experience with Git and Perforce version control systems.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Jenkins for build automation and CI/CD.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance optimization and memory management.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Exposure to Windows Installer technologies (MSI/WiX) is an advantage.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party library integration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
