About The Job:
- Design, configure, and deliver AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement AI use cases using Now Assist, NASK, AI agents, Agentic Workflows and Virtual Agent.
- Contribute to solution architecture for enterprise-scale ServiceNow AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows.
- Support multiple ServiceNow AI implementations across customers or programs.
- Actively participate in demos, proof-of-value builds, and customer walkthroughs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Configure AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation.
- Build and enhance Virtual Agent experiences aligned to business use cases.
- Support integration of ServiceNow AI solutions with enterprise systems and tools.
- Assist in developing demos and solution artifacts showcasing AI capabilities internally as a part of AI R&D team.
- Stay current with ServiceNow AI features and recommend platform-based enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance during AI solution rollout and adoption.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Architecture and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong ability to translate high-level business and functional requirements into working AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience contributing to end-to-end AI solution delivery, from build and configuration through testing and rollout.
- Understanding of how Virtual Agent, intelligent workflows and integrations work together to create seamless AI-powered service experiences.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on solution quality, scalability and platform best practices.
- Ability to support demos, proof-of-value use cases and storytelling by showcasing AI capabilities in action.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features, including Now Assist, Agentic Workflows and AI Control Tower.
- Solid understanding of Now Assist Virtual Agent frameworks and conversational experiences within ServiceNow.
- Strong exposure to Digital Transformation and Automation initiatives using ServiceNow AI and workflow capabilities.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with ServiceNow (REST/API-based, platform connectors or AI ecosystem tools).
- Practical working knowledge of Flow Designer and AI-enabled workflow orchestration.
- Ability to design AI-first solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform features rather than custom scripting.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with product, business and customer stakeholders.
- Experience with Moveworks (implementation, integration or coexistence with ServiceNow AI) is a strong added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in delivering solutions in Agile delivery environments, working closely with product owners and functional consultants.
- Familiarity with AI adoption patterns, automation maturity models, or enterprise GenAI rollout approaches within ServiceNow.
- Exposure to AI governance concepts such as adoption, usage monitoring or value realization.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, Now Assist with exposure to AI or automation-focused implementations mandatory.
- Experience collaborating in customer-facing projects, including solution walk-throughs and product demos.
