About The Job:
- Experience: 7-14 Years of Relevant Industry Experience
- Exp: 9 to 12 years
Essential Job Functions:
- Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.
- Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
- Harvesting & Optimization etc.
- Day to Day SAM operation work (ELP Creation etc.)
- Resource building and Resource planning.
- Training and Mentoring of the team.
- Escalation handling.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of more than 2 vendors licensing such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP.
- In depth knowledge on SAM tools like ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera.
- Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, BigFix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
- Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.
- Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.
- Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.
- Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.
