About The Job:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Architect / Technical Lead who can drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and deliver enterprise-scale backend platforms.
• The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Java, AWS Cloud, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, Microservices, and DevOps practices while remaining hands-on with technical delivery.
• Experience 10+ Years

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale backend applications and distributed systems.
• Drive solution architecture and technical decision-making across projects.
• Build scalable Microservices and Event-Driven architectures using Kafka.
• Lead cloud-native application development on AWS.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Technical Skills

• Java (8/11/17+) Development.
• Spring Boot Framework.
• Microservices Architecture.
• AWS Cloud Services.
• Apache Kafka.
• Event-Driven Architecture.
• Docker & Kubernetes.
• CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Strong Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership Experience.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and AI integrations.
• Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Enterprise Digital Transformation experience.
• Experience 10+ Years
