Qualifications:
- Exp: 5 - 8 years
- Help SAOs on Governance of KPI
- Prepare & run weekly / monthly reports
- Co-ordinate with Various Partner to collect data around KPI & perform analysis
- Run weekly Governance Call for each KPI
- Maintain, update, and follow up on Jira’s for improvement action items.
- Perform audit of the service request
- Prepare management reports on various KPI’s Work on any project / assignment given by SAP Service Area Owner
