About The Job:

• Experience: 14+ Years
• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect with 14+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation programs, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading Finance solution architecture, business process design, data migration, integrations, and implementation delivery for SAP S/4HANA Finance programs.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in banking finance processes, stakeholder management capabilities, and extensive experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:
SAP Solution Architecture

• Define and lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solution architecture.
• Design and implement Finance processes including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • COPA (Profitability Analysis)
  • Group Reporting
  • Treasury & Cash Management
• Design global Chart of Accounts (CoA), organizational structures, ledgers, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop scalable and standardized finance solutions aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Banking Finance Transformation

• Lead finance transformation initiatives within Banking and Financial Services organizations.
• Support finance ledger modernization and target operating model design.
• Drive solutions for:
  • Multi-entity banking structures
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Management reporting
  • Cost allocations
  • Intercompany accounting
  • Banking product accounting integration
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to harmonize processes across multiple legal entities.

End-to-End Implementation Delivery

• Lead all phases of SAP implementation lifecycle:
  • Client Assess
  • Design
  • Build
  • SIT/UAT
  • Cutover
  • Go-Live
  • Hypercare
• Conduct Fit-Gap Workshops and Solution Design Workshops.
• Prepare Functional Specifications, Solution Blueprints, Configuration Documents, and Test Strategy.
• Support governance, risk management, and project reporting.

Data Migration & Cutover

• Define and execute Finance data migration strategy.
• Lead migration of:
  • GL Balances
  • Open Items
  • Asset Accounting Data
  • Cost Objects
  • Master Data
• Manage mock conversions, reconciliation activities, and cutover planning.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and audit compliance during migration activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 14+ Years
• Industry Preference: Banking / Financial Services
• 14+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation programs.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance programs.
• Strong domain expertise in banking finance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Extensive experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
