Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the successful delivery of Mentisprep's educational programs, including our AI Champion Program.
This role will coordinate cross-functional activities across instructors, students, developers, content creators, and leadership to ensure programs, projects, and operational processes run efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage program calendars, milestones, schedules, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate instructors, teaching assistants, office hours, and student project activities.
- Monitor student engagement, feedback, and program performance metrics.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures, onboarding processes, FAQs, and support workflows.
- Coordinate website, app, and content initiatives with developers and content teams.
- Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Support marketing and growth operations, including webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, and student recruitment efforts.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Maintain organized documentation, schedules, and operational systems.
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, program management, project management, edtech, education, startups, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, project management, and workflow optimization skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and create actionable reports.
- Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience supporting high school, college, or educational programs.
- Familiarity with AI, software, technology, or startup environments.
- Experience with digital marketing, customer engagement, or growth operations.
