Job Description

The Role:\nWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. Someone who can build the narrative for both brands across Instagram, TikTok/Reels, YouTube, and Pinterest. You won’t just strategise from a desk.

You’ll be behind the camera (and often in front of it), shooting content at our studio, on location, at events, and in the wild. This is a hybrid of strategist, storyteller, and creator. You’ll own the social voice of two distinct brands, each with its own tone, aesthetic, and audience, and make sure both show up with taste, consistency, and culture-forward relevance.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nStrategy & Planning\n%CF; Develop and own monthly and quarterly social media strategies for both brands, aligned to brand, product, and campaign calendars\n%CF; Build distinct content pillars, tone, and visual language for Von Diamonds and Clean Origin, keeping them separate yet complementary\n%CF; Identify cultural moments, trends, and whitespace opportunities the brands can authentically participate in\n%CF; Set KPIs, track performance, and translate insights into sharper creative decisions Content Creation & Shoots\n%CF; Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form content yourself: Reels, TikToks, BTS, product stories, styling videos, trend-led content\n%CF; Direct and collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and models for larger shoots %CF; Maintain an always-on content engine, ensuring the grid and stories never go stale\n%CF; Build a creator-style presence for the brand: POV content, in-the-moment storytelling, founder/team features Execution & Community\n%CF; Manage the full publishing calendar: copy, captions, hashtags, scheduling, and platform-specific optimisation\n%CF; Engage with the community daily through comments, DMs, UGC, and resharing\n%CF; Partner with influencers and creators; brief, coordinate, and track collaborations\n%CF; Work closely with performance, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure social drives both brand love and business outcomes Reporting & Iteration\n%CF; Monthly performance reports with a clear POV on what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s next\n%CF; Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and competitor moves across the luxury and jewellery space globally\n\nWho You Are:\n%CF; 4 to 6 years of social media experience, ideally across luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or jewellery brands\n%CF; A genuine creator, comfortable shooting and editing content on your phone and/or with prosumer gear\n%CF; Strong aesthetic sensibility.

You understand the difference between luxury and loud, and you know what makes a piece of content feel premium\n%CF; Deep working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest\n%CF; Sharp copywriter who can write a caption that sells without sounding salesy\n%CF; Data-literate, able to read Meta Insights, GA, and influencer tools fluently\n%CF; Based in Mumbai, or willing to travel here regularly for shoots and events\n%CF; A taste-maker who genuinely loves jewellery, fashion, and culture\n\nNice to Have:\n%CF; Prior experience managing two or more brand handles simultaneously\n%CF; Existing relationships with photographers, stylists, and creators in the Mumbai and India luxury ecosystem\n%CF; Familiarity with the lab-grown diamond category or fine jewellery retail\n%CF; An active personal social presence that reflects your eye
