Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels, maintaining a steady pipeline of leads. The role involves researching target markets, understanding client requirements, and presenting Computek’s offerings to generate interest and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. The individual will collaborate closely with sales and business development colleagues to refine outreach strategies, track activities in CRM tools, and meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets. The position also requires regular reporting on performance metrics and active participation in team meetings to share insights and improve processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects and create qualified opportunities. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, handle objections, and support deal progression. Candidates should possess Business Development skills to nurture relationships, understand client needs, and contribute to growth initiatives. Candidates should have proficiency with CRM or sales engagement tools and basic knowledge of MS Office or similar productivity software. Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented working style, resilience in high-activity environments, and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B sales or technology solutions, is beneficial.
