The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on direct client requirements and hiring for roles across engineering, manufacturing, industrial, energy, utilities, construction, and technical services.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and submit candidates for engineering and technical roles in the U.S. market.
Recruit for positions such as Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Controls Engineer, and Field Service Engineer.
Work on W2 requirements for direct clients and staffing programs.
Evaluate candidate skills, experience, certifications, location, work authorization, pay rate, and availability.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding documents, and joining follow-ups.
Partner with account managers and delivery teams to meet client submission timelines.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily updates.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in US staffing recruitment, preferably engineering or technical recruitment.
Good understanding of W2 hiring, pay rates, shift requirements, job locations, and direct client submission process.
