Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Role Overview
NR Consulting is looking for a Talent Executive, US Staffing with experience in Light Industrial / Non-IT recruitment for the U.S. market. Experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, field service, maintenance, or technician roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for Light Industrial and Non-IT roles.
• Work on W2 requirements for U.S. staffing clients.
• Recruit for roles such as technicians, machine operators, warehouse associates, maintenance staff, field service technicians, production workers, and quality inspectors.
• Check candidate experience, location, shift availability, work authorization, pay rate, and joining interest.
• Submit qualified candidates within required timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding documents, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily updates.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ months of US staffing recruitment experience.
• Experience in Light Industrial, Non-IT, technician, or industrial hiring preferred.
• Basic understanding of W2 hiring, pay rates, shift requirements, and U.S. recruitment process.
• Good sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work from Noida office in EST shift.
• Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should be fast, disciplined, and comfortable working on urgent Light Industrial requirements. The person should understand candidate sourcing, pay rate discussions, and quick submissions for U.S. staffing clients.
