Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Demand Planning and S&OP transformation initiatives for automotive manufacturing clients.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and implement best practices for Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain planning initiatives.
• Analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and service levels to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve planning efficiency and operational performance.
• Mentor and guide team members while managing client relationships and project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
8–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
Strong expertise in:
• Demand Planning
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Consulting experience with leading consulting firms or supply chain transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle SCP, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing large transformation programs.
