About The Client:

About The Job:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Informatica Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade data integration solutions.
- The role involves working across Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / IDQ along with modern data platforms to ensure scalable, high-quality data pipelines.
- The candidate will play a key role in architecture, delivery leadership, performance optimization, and stakeholder management, especially within BFSI environments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead design and development of ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS).
- Architect and implement data integration frameworks and reusable components.
- Manage end-to-end data pipeline development (ingestion, transformation, loading).
- Optimize ETL performance, workflows, and mappings.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, validation, and reconciliation.

Integrate solutions with:
- Data Warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop)
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Governance teams.
- Implement data governance and metadata management integrations (EDC, Axon).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Highly experienced Informatica Tech Lead.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and IDQ.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade data integration solutions.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
- Experience with data governance and metadata management tools (EDC, Axon).
- Stakeholder management experience, preferably within BFSI environments.
