The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative focused on account expansion, you will be the engine behind growth within Akraya's US client accounts. Working alongside our US-based Account Management teams, you will help identify the right hiring managers and vertical leaders to engage, then run targeted outreach calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings that open new pockets of business. This is a relationship-driven, strategy-meets-execution role: part planner, part hunter, part connector. This is a fully remote position. Importantly, our US teams have not previously worked with an inside sales partner, so you will be helping to shape this function as you go. You will need to be a self-starter who can operate with limited direction, and patient and proactive in building the partnership our account managers are focused operators who may engage mainly when a specific action is needed, so the onus will often be on you to drive collaboration, ask the right questions, and keep momentum going.

What You'll Do
" Partner with US Account Management teams to map target accounts, identify high-value hiring managers and vertical/department leaders, and build account-expansion strategies proactively initiating these conversations rather than waiting to be tasked.
" Research and prioritize prospects within existing and target accounts using LinkedIn, internal CRM data, and other tools to understand org structures and decision-makers.
" Execute multi-channel outreach outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to secure introductory and follow-up meetings for the US teams.
" Own the follow-up cadence, persistently and professionally nurturing prospects who don't respond on the first touch.
" Book and coordinate meetings between prospects and US account managers, ensuring smooth handoffs and well-briefed conversations.
" Build and maintain relationships over time with key contacts, staying top-of-mind so Akraya is the first call when a new hiring need arises.
" Keep CRM records clean and current logging activity, tracking outreach, and reporting on pipeline progress and meeting metrics.
" Collaborate on messaging testing and refining outreach angles with US teammates to improve response and conversion rates.

Required
" 4 5+ years of experience in enterprise client outreach, including direct calling into Fortune 500 companies in an inside sale, business development, lead generation, SDR/BDR, or staffing/recruiting sales capacity.
" Self-starter mindset able to set your own priorities, build process where none exists, and make progress without day-to-day direction.
" Patience and strong partnership instincts comfortable driving collaboration with US teams who are new to working with inside sales and may engage primarily when action is required.
" Excellent spoken and written English; confident and credible on calls with senior US professionals.
" Proven outbound experience across phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a track record of booking meetings.
" Ability to work in US business hours and operate effectively in a fully remote environment.
" Strong research, organization, and follow-up discipline.
" Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
