Provide production support for Java Spring Boot or Java Angular applications on AWS, ensuring

stability and quick resolution.

o Monitor applications & handle incidents (ITIL-based)

o Troubleshoot Java Spring Boot, Angular, API issues

o Support AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch)

o Perform RCA, bug fixes, and minor enhancements

o Work on deployments & releases

o Maintain logs, dashboards, and alerts
