Role Descriptions: Configure and support Layer 2 switching| including MAC address learning and forwarding Implement and maintain STP to prevent loops and ensure network stability Configure and troubleshoot EtherChannel for link aggregation and redundancy Design and manage IP addressing and subnetting (CIDR| VLSM) Configure and maintain static routing and basic path control Support dynamic routing protocols (OSPF| EIGRP| BGP basic) and routing operations Troubleshoot routing issues using cost| Administrative Distance (AD)| and best path selection Implement Inter VLAN routing using SVIs and router on a stick Configure and manage NAT (Static| Dynamic| PAT) Implement First Hop Redundancy Protocols (HSRP| VRRP| GLBP) for gateway availability Support WAN connectivity| including MPLS| Internet| and point to point links Configure and manage Standard and Extended ACLs for traffic filtering and security Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues to maintain uptime
