Job Requirements* Design and scale enterprise cloud automation with AI-driven workflows, Terraform, and DevOps practices across AWS and Azure.
Key Responsibilities* Core Technical Capabilities
• Strong experience designing and scaling (cloud) automation solutions in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to enhance automation workflows with AI driven logic, including validation, orchestration, and decision support
• Hands on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly using Terraform
• Deep working knowledge of AWS and Azure, including cloud governance, networking, and security fundamentals
• Experience supporting and managing AWS and Azure Landing Zones
AI & Automation Expertise
• Experience integrating AI agents or AI assisted workflows into operational and platform processes
• Ability to assess AI use cases for feasibility, risk, and architectural alignment
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI guardrails, including security, compliance, and responsible usage
• Capability to define and communicate best practices for AI solution submissions and reviews
DevOps & Platform Engineering
• Experience managing and evolving enterprise DevOps platforms (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, repositories, automation services)
• Strong understanding of self service platform models with appropriate governance and auditability
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools used in IT operations and scheduling platforms
• Ability to integrate monitoring, validation, and remediation into automated workflows
Architectural & Engineering Skills
• Strong system level thinking with the ability to design reusable, modular, and standardized solutions
• Experience defining patterns, standards, and reference architectures rather than one off implementations
• Comfortable balancing innovation speed with enterprise requirements for stability and compliance
• Ability to translate high level strategy into actionable technical direction
Collaboration & Ways of Working
• Experience working closely with cloud engineering, security, architecture, and application teams
• Ability to act as a technical advisor and enabler rather than a ticket based operator
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including explaining complex topics to non specialists
• Comfortable operating in a global, cross functional enterprise environment
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to AI agents that interpret configurations or job definitions and take contextual actions
• Experience building automation frameworks intended for broad reuse and adoption
• Background in platform, cloud foundation, or shared services teams
• Familiarity with governance heavy or regulated enterprise environments
