Job Description

Lead Software Engineer Full Stack developer with 7 years of experience
Develop responsive web application features using React.js.

• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js
• Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and other developers.
• Write clear, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Technical Expertise, Quality and Leadership/Teamwork Awareness of function programming (FP) and best practices in FP.

Other Responsibilities

• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Good collaboration required with Product Management team and cross functional teams.
• Understand the business needs and transform it to a technical solution
• Maintain the existing solution by enhancing and providing support technically
• Follow the agile methodology and best practices in day to day work
• Propose new solutions to improve the efficiency wherever possible
• Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.
• Should have experience in coordinating onsite/offshore team members. Delivery ownership for offshore deliverables.
• Should be able to estimate from high level requirement and do an independent estimate from detailed functional
• specification
• Capability to provide technical design and implement on complex requirement.
• Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
• Meticulously review the design, test cases and code
• Coding, Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
• Writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing
• Understanding of security practices (JWT, OAuth)
• Lead the technical team and engage in business conversations & mentoring of the team
