The role

Azure Cloud Architect responsible for designing and delivering Azure-based solutions, gathering customer requirements, performing cloud assessments, and leading technical architecture. Collaborates with sales and delivery teams, serves as the primary technical contact, and coordinates global resources to implement cloud projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams by positioning cloud solutions, qualifying opportunities, and identifying high-value customer use cases.
- Design and deliver customer- and partner-specific cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalable solution frameworks.
- Lead cloud assessments and end-to-end project delivery, maintaining stakeholder communication and ensuring timely milestone achievement and customer satisfaction.
- Develop cloud economics models and migration strategies tailored to customer environments, highlighting cost optimization and adoption drivers for business growth.
- Architect advanced Azure-based solutions using services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
What we need to see from you
- Strong IT experience in consultancy or in-house technology roles with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and related cloud resources.
- Proven experience in developing cloud migration strategies, Statements of Work (SOW), and end-to-end project deliverables.
- Solid knowledge of migration/assessment tools and delivery of cloud-based solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE preferred) with strong competencies in Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, system architecture, and Exchange Server.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with willingness to travel for project requirements.
