Ethernovia is seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer - GUI Tools to join our team. We have multiple positions available for both mid-level and senior-level engineers. Job Description

As a Software Engineer for GUI Tools, you will be responsible for creating the Graphical User Interface (GUI) visual tools used by our engineering team. You will develop software-based GUIs for Ethernovia's evaluation platforms and networking devices. These tools are crucial for the debugging, testing, and demonstration of our cutting-edge technology. Your work will directly enable our engineers to interact with and validate our hardware, playing a vital role in our product development lifecycle.

Technical Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/software or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Mid-Level: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Senior-Level: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Core Skills:

  • A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including Architecture, Implementation, and Testing fundamentals.

  • Added advantage if C/C++ or Python Programming Language knowledge is available

  • Experience developing GUIs, preferably using React.js/Next.js, Web, REST etc

  • Experience with the integration and testing of open-source middleware, libraries, and drivers.

Nice to Have Experience

• Experience with code version control and review tools/processes like Perforce, Git, or Swarm.

• Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins.

• Experience with GRPC, Protobuf, or similar Remote Procedure Call (RPC) software.

Soft Skills
