With an emphasis on impact, legacy, and resilience, PBIL integrates deep sector expertise and institutional governance into its operations.\n\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant - Private Equity & Investments with 5/8 years of experience, ideally in finance, investment or corporate environment. The Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will be required to support the CEO across a range of international projects, spanning multiple sectors. The role involves coordinating ongoing projects, engaging with both private and public stakeholders, and occasionally leading projects on behalf of the CEO.

You will act as a key liaison, ensure efficient execution of tasks, and provide strategic and administrative support in a fast-paced, global environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Executive & Strategic Support\nManage executive schedules, priorities, and communications across multiple time zones while acting as a key gatekeeper to optimise time and decision-making\nPrepare high-level briefing materials, summaries, and presentations, and draft professional correspondence on behalf of leadership\n\n2. Finance Review\nStrong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking\nAbility to interpret financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)\nExperience supporting senior leadership within investment, banking, or financial services environments\nFamiliarity with investment terminology, portfolios, and market dynamics\nAbility to prepare and review financial summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for executive decision-making\nStrong attention to detail in handling financial data, invoices, and expense reports\nHigh level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information\nAbility to manage multiple financial priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure executive environment\n\n3. Document Review & Quality Control\nReview business documents, reports, proposals, and communications for accuracy and completeness\nIdentify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in drafts\nProvide structured feedback and ensure all documents meet professional standards\nTrack portfolio company performance and assist with reporting cycles\nDue diligence processes and transaction workflows\n\n4. Legal Coordination\nLiaise with internal and external legal teams on contracts and agreements\nCoordinate drafting, review, and execution of legal documentation\nEnsure proper flow of information between leadership and legal stakeholders\nUnderstanding of MOU, LOI and Joint Venture Agreement\n\n5. Administrative & Operational Management\nOversee day-to-day administrative functions ensuring smooth operations\nTrack tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across teams\nCoordinate across departments to ensure execution of priorities\n\n6. Family Office & Personal Secretary Responsibilities\nManage personal schedules, appointments, and commitments of the executive\nCoordinate domestic and international travel (flights, visas, accommodations, itineraries)\nSupport family office activities including coordination of personal assets, vendors, and expenses\n\n7. Communication & Stakeholder Management\nServe as a key point of contact between the executive and stakeholders\nMaintain relationships with clients, partners, advisors, and vendors\n\n8. Project & Task Management\nMonitor progress of ongoing projects including internal teams projects and ensure deadlines are met\nSupport coordination of strategic initiatives and business priorities\n\n9. Travel & Logistics Management\nPrepare detailed itineraries including meetings, logistics, and contingencies\nCoordinate travel documentation and compliance requirements\n\nSkills Requirement\nMinimum 5–8+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within finance, investment, or corporate environments\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (preferred)\nStrong understanding of private equity structures, including funds, portfolios, and capital calls\nExperience preparing investor reports, board packs, and performance summaries\nExperienced supporting senior executives (CEO / Board level)\nExperienced in document review and basic legal or contractual understanding\nAbility to lead and manage projects when required\nWillingness to travel if required\nStrong professionalism and adaptability in international environments\nCompany will provide UK Visa Sponsorship if required\nBonus: Speak Hindi or Gujarati
