Role Overview\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Development Lead with\nexperience in selling programmatic ads in the US, Canada and/or ANZ region. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, driving outbound sales activities, and\nsupporting business growth through strategic prospecting.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outreach, LinkedIn\nprospecting, email campaigns, and digital advertising sales support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities\nIdentify opportunities with brands, agencies, and marketing teams\nConduct LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and cold calling\nSchedule meetings and sales discussions for the business team\nPresent multicultural audience targeting and digital advertising capabilities\nMaintain CRM updates, lead trackers, and sales reports\nWork closely with internal teams on proposals and campaign opportunities\nBuild relationships with prospective agencies and brand clients\nSupport pipeline development and sales growth initiatives\nStay updated on digital advertising and multicultural marketing trends\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5–6 years of experience in digital advertising sales or lead generation\nExperience working in multicultural agencies or digital marketing agencies\nGood understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying, and audience targeting\nStrong communication and prospecting skills\nHands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools\nAbility to independently manage outbound sales activities\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and pipeline management systems\n\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to multicultural advertising campaigns\nExperience working with agency-side business development teams\nUnderstanding of South Asian, ethnic, newcomer, and diaspora audiences\nExisting agency or brand relationships is an added advantage\n\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work on international multicultural campaigns\nExposure to global markets and leading brands\nCollaborative and fast-growing work environment\nCareer growth opportunities in digital advertising and media sales
