We are committed to delivering personalized travel experiences with the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.\nWe are looking for passionate and dynamic travel professionals who are eager to build their careers in one of India's most exciting travel companies.\nPosition Executive / Senior Executive – Operations\nLocation: Kolkata (Work from Office)\nEligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualification\nMBA in Travel & Tourism from Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM)\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.\nExperience in handling Domestic Holidays, International Holidays and MICE operations will be preferred.\nKey Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations for Domestic and International tour packages.\nCoordinate with airlines, hotels, transporters, destination management companies (DMCs) and other travel partners.\nPrepare detailed itineraries, quotations and travel documentation.\nCoordinate visa processing, travel insurance and other travel formalities.\nExecute FIT, Group, Corporate and MICE travel requirements efficiently.\nLiaise with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely confirmations.\nDeliver seamless travel experiences by providing operational support before, during and after travel.\nResolve operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.\nEnsure timely completion of all travel-related documentation and operational processes.\nDesired Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent destination knowledge and itinerary planning capability.\nGood negotiation and vendor management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.\nProficiency in MS Office and travel-related operational systems.\nWhy Join Journey Partner?
