This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing pipeline growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue across cybersecurity and identity security solutions.\nThe ideal candidate has experience selling cybersecurity, IAM, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions and possesses a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while building scalable sales processes.\nKey ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth · Develop and execute Rainbow Secure's inside sales strategy aligned with annual revenue goals.\n· Drive pipeline generation for IAM, MFA, PAM, IGA, Compliance, and Security Awareness solutions.\n· Establish sales KPIs, forecasting processes, and performance metrics.\n· Lead demand generation initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.\n· Build a predictable sales engine focused on customer acquisition and expansion.\nTeam Development (Optional) · Recruit, train, mentor, and manage high-performing Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives.\n· Create cybersecurity product training and sales enablement programs.\n· Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.\n· Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.\nSales Process Optimization · Optimize lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion workflows.\n· Improve sales playbooks, messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning.\n· Leverage CRM platforms and analytics to improve sales effectiveness.\n· Implement best practices for enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles.\nCross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technical Pre-Sales teams.\n· Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions.\n· Support channel partners and alliance programs to accelerate market reach.\n· Collaborate with compliance and security experts to develop customer-centric solutions.\nStrategic Partnership Development • Build alliances with cybersecurity and cloud ecosystem partners.\n• Develop joint value propositions and GTM strategies.\nPartner Revenue Enablement • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.\n• Execute account mapping and co-selling programs.\nPartner Enablement • Create onboarding and certification programs.\n• Develop partner sales playbooks and enablement assets.\nOperational Excellence • Define and monitor partner KPIs.\n• Manage alliance reporting and forecasting.
