The ideal candidate should have strong experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or personal branding.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1.

Social Media Strategy & Planning\n\n* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.\n* Plan monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.\n* Identify trending content opportunities and industry trends.\n* Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.\n\n2. Content Management\n\n* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and editors for content creation.\n* Ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content.\n* Manage daily posting schedules across all social media channels.\n* Review captions, creatives, hashtags, and publishing schedules.\n\n3. Platform Management\n\nManage and optimize:\n\n* Instagram\n* YouTube\n\nEnsure all platforms remain active, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity.\n\n4.

Campaign Management\n\n* Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.\n* Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotional campaigns.\n* Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.\n* Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns.\n\n5. Community Management\n\n* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.\n* Build strong relationships with followers and customers.\n* Monitor brand reputation across social media platforms.\n* Handle customer feedback professionally.\n\n6. Analytics & Reporting\n\n* Track KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, followers, and conversions.\n* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.\n* Recommend improvements based on data analysis.\n* Monitor competitor performance and industry benchmarks.\n\n7.

Team Leadership\n\n* Manage and mentor content creators, designers, video editors, and social media executives.\n* Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity.\n* Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.\n* Conduct regular team performance reviews.\n\n8.
