The role also involves contributing to operational readiness, supporting crew training on safety protocols, and ensuring that maritime practices align with Wormos’s quality and reliability standards.\n\nQualifications\nCandidates should possess strong experience in Marine Operations and Maritime practices, including navigation, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.\nCandidates should possess knowledge of Marine Corps or similar marine service environments, with an understanding of disciplined operational conduct and chain-of-command structures.\nCandidates should possess familiarity with Navy or equivalent maritime defense frameworks, particularly as they relate to vessel operations and coordination with marine authorities.\nCandidates should possess skills in Inspection activities, including conducting safety checks, equipment inspections, and documentation of findings.\nRelevant maritime certifications (e.g., STCW-compliant Second Officer or equivalent), along with valid marine licenses and medical fitness, are highly beneficial.\nStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams are important.\nPrevious experience in commercial shipping, port operations, or marine logistics in Gautam Buddha Nagar or similar regions is an advantage.
