Join us in transforming the medical admissions journey.\n\nRole Description\nThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Vivek Vihar, New Delhi. The Senior Admissions Counselor will assist NEET UG & PG aspirants by providing expert guidance throughout the medical admission process.

Responsibilities include offering one-on-one counseling, helping with choice filling and profile assessments, providing accurate and timely information regarding colleges, rank predictions, and cutoffs, and addressing any aspirant or parent concerns professionally and empathetically. The role will also involve maintaining relationships with students and their families to ensure an excellent counseling experience.\n\nQualifications\nStrong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills\nProven expertise in Customer Service and Sales to effectively guide and support students\nKnowledge or background in Education with an understanding of the medical admission process in India\nAbility to build and sustain long-term relationships with students and families\nProficiency in working independently as part of a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines\nFamiliarity with NEET UG & PG admissions process is a plus\nBachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
