The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, community management, social media strategy, and audience engagement.\nKey Responsibilities Manage and maintain company social media pages across multiple platforms.\nCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content.\nDevelop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.\nMonitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.\nAnalyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.\nStay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.\nCollaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams.\nSupport brand awareness and lead-generation initiatives through social media activities.\nRequirements 1–3 years of experience in social media management.\nExperience handling and maintaining social media pages.\nProven experience in content creation and content planning.\nHands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.\nStrong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement, and community management.\nFamiliarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.\nExcellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.\nBasic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
