Technical Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer
Field Sales — Industrial Maintenance & Passive Fire Protection

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai · Field role
Experience: 1–5 yrs · Engineer | 5–10 yrs · Senior
Pay: Best in the Industries + uncapped incentive + travel allowance
The role
Sell our passive fire protection, electrical fire defence and full maintenance range — cable coatings, firestops, corrosion and ceramic coatings, synthetic greases, welding electrodes — into India’s largest refineries, power, steel and cement plants, hospitals, data centres and projects. These are differentiated, often first-of-their-kind products, sold on technology and performance — never on price.
What you’ll do
• Meet plant maintenance heads, safety & fire officers, electrical contractors, consultants and EPC teams
• Demonstrate products, get specified into projects, and close on value
• Build long-term customer and dealer relationships across a mapped territory we hand you
Who you are
• You sell on features, performance and technology — not on discounts
• You are a relationship builder who earns trust and holds accounts for years
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Fire & Safety) — or a graduate with industrial-sales experience
• Willing to travel; two-/four-wheeler with licence; working English + local language
Your edge: experience in fire safety, construction or specialty chemicals, coatings, MRO consumables, lubricants, welding, or electrical/cables.
