Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Development Lead with

experience in selling programmatic ads in the US, Canada and/or ANZ region. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, driving outbound sales activities, and

supporting business growth through strategic prospecting.


The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outreach, LinkedIn

prospecting, email campaigns, and digital advertising sales support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities
  • Identify opportunities with brands, agencies, and marketing teams
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and cold calling
  • Schedule meetings and sales discussions for the business team
  • Present multicultural audience targeting and digital advertising capabilities
  • Maintain CRM updates, lead trackers, and sales reports
  • Work closely with internal teams on proposals and campaign opportunities
  • Build relationships with prospective agencies and brand clients
  • Support pipeline development and sales growth initiatives
  • Stay updated on digital advertising and multicultural marketing trends


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in digital advertising sales or lead generation
  • Experience working in multicultural agencies or digital marketing agencies
  • Good understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying, and audience targeting
  • Strong communication and prospecting skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools
  • Ability to independently manage outbound sales activities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management systems


Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to multicultural advertising campaigns
  • Experience working with agency-side business development teams
  • Understanding of South Asian, ethnic, newcomer, and diaspora audiences
  • Existing agency or brand relationships is an added advantage
