The Role involves Residential and Commercial Design, Client Meetings and Closure, space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E selection.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or 3ds Max\nGood knowledge of space planning and detailing\nStrong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong creative thinking and problem-solving skills\nKnowledge of site execution and working drawings\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs\nPrepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D designs\nSelect materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements\nCoordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams\nVisit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy\nPrepare mood boards, presentations, and design proposals\nEnsure projects are completed within budget and timeline\nMaintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions\nStay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies
