Mandatory Requirement:\nLocation : PAN India (open projects)\nIndustry : EPC company experience only\nExperience : Min 10years of experience in Foundation & Ground Engineering\n\nKey Goal\nProject Manager shall possess competency to manage both Foundation & Ground Engineering Works and associated Industrial Civil Works forming part of the project scope .\nTo plan, execute and monitor Foundation & Ground Engineering, Industrial civil works at project sites, ensuring safe, timely, quality and cost-effective delivery of piling, ground improvement, shoring and other specialized geotechnical works in accordance with project specifications and contractual requirements.\nKey Activities\nProject Planning & Execution\nSite Management & Coordination\nTechnical Management\nQuality Management\nSafety & Compliance\nCommercial & Contract Management\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nTeam Leadership\n\nQualification & Experience\n• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)\n• Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering (Preferred)\n• 15–18 years of experience in EPC / Infrastructure Projects\n• Experience in:\nFoundation engineering and piling works\nGround improvement techniques\nDiaphragm walls and shoring systems\nDemonstrated capability to lead multidisciplinary teams executing both Foundation & Ground Engineering Works and Industrial Civil Construction Works.\nUnderground and geotechnical projects\nProven experience in managing site execution of large-scale infrastructure projects
