Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
  
• Deploy and configure Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cloud identity security solutions.
  
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and cloud identity services to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
  
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement secure identity governance.
  
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms for performance, security, and compliance.
  
• Follow Agile and DevOps practices to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.
  
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and industry best practices.

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) across AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
  
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt (IGA, PAM, ISPM, CPAM) or similar IAM platforms.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure identity services.
  
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, GitLab/GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud security principles.
  
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes.
  
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
  
• Cloud security or IAM certifications are an added advantage.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
