Job Summary
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Microsoft PKI Engineer to support and manage enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft PKI (MSPKI), Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), certificate lifecycle management, DigiCert administration, and PKI-related troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft PKI (MSPKI) and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
• Manage certificate lifecycle activities including issuance, renewal, revocation, and replacement.
• Maintain PKI architecture, Certificate Authorities (CA), certificate templates, CRL, and OCSP services.
• Troubleshoot certificate, trust chain, and application integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide L3 support for PKI-related incidents.
• Support platform upgrades, security compliance, and certificate management processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
