About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Design and develop autonomous and agentic AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and AgentCore.
- Build goal-based AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, acting, and reflecting using ReAct patterns.
- Implement agentic workflows and orchestration using AWS Step Functions and UiPath Agent Builder.
- Develop multi-agent systems with collaboration, delegation, and coordination capabilities.
- Enable contextual awareness and memory retention using knowledge bases, vector stores, and stateful architectures.
- Integrate Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) mechanisms for approvals, oversight, and exception handling.
- Implement self-reflection, self-correction, and backtracking capabilities in agent behavior.
- Build and integrate tool-based agents using API-driven and function-calling approaches.
- Ensure observability, traceability, and evaluation of agent behavior in production environments.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and automation teams to ensure scalability, governance, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience building autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents with controlled autonomy.
- Strong experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks.
- Expertise in goal-based reasoning using ReAct, task decomposition, planning, execution, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with context management, memory retention, stateful and long-running AI agents.
- Hands-on experience implementing self-reflection, self-correction, and backtracking mechanisms.
- Experience implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance and approval workflows.

- Experience with LangChain and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with tool/function calling and API-driven development.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Experience with AI evaluation metrics, observability, tracing, and latency-optimized inference.
- Understanding of enterprise automation, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Good to Have
- Experience with UiPath Agent Builder and enterprise automation platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain agent behavior to non-technical audiences.
- Experience deploying agentic AI systems into production environments.
- Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and Responsible AI best practices.
