Oracle Supply Chain(SCM) Consultant (SWOT) - junior

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, Supply Chain Management, and Oracle applications.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement, Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Supplier Portal, Inventory Management, Product Information Management (PIM), and Order Management (OM).
- Experience in end-to-end implementation life cycle including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Sound understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Management, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Hands-on experience with data migration activities using FBDI/ADFDI templates and validation of migrated data.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional consultants, technical teams, business users, and implementation partners.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and Oracle Cloud best-practice adoption.
