Salary: $45 000 per annum + benefits (₹4 250 000 per annum) + housing

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Ford Master Technician to join their workshop team. This role is responsible for advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards, supporting both light-duty and commercial fleets.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics using Ford IDS/FDRS and other approved diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Perform engine, transmission, driveline, brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Ensure all work complies with Ford manufacturer standards and safety requirements
• Complete job cards, diagnostic reports, and warranty documentation accurately
• Support and mentor junior technicians where required
• Liaise with service advisors on technical findings and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
• Keep technical knowledge current with Ford updates and training bulletins

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Ford Master Technician certification (current or recently held)
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience working on Ford vehicles
• Strong diagnostic capability across modern petrol and diesel engines
• Experience with commercial vehicles and fleet maintenance preferred
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical issues
• Valid driver’s licence

Technical Skills

• Advanced fault-finding and root-cause analysis
• Electrical and electronic systems diagnostics
• Use of OEM diagnostic platforms and workshop equipment
• Strong understanding of warranty repair processes
