You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly.We are seeking a detail-oriented Task Card Author with at least 3 years of experience in technical documentation and maintenance task creation. The candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining task cards/work instructions used in maintenance, repair, and operational activities. The role requires strong technical writing skills and the ability to interpret engineering documents, manuals, and maintenance procedures.\n\nYour main responsibilities:\nCreate and maintain aircraft maintenance task cards based on OEM documentation such as:\nMaintenance Planning Document (MPD)\nAMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual)\nSRM (Structural Repair Manual)\nCMM (Component Maintenance Manual)\nIPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog)\nWDM (Wiring Diagram Manual)\nConvert engineering data into clear, technician-friendly maintenance instructions.\nEnsure task cards comply with applicable EASA, FAA, and DGCA regulations and airworthiness standards.\nInterpret Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and incorporate them into task documentation.\nMaintain proper document control, revision tracking, and configuration management of task cards.\nCoordinate with Maintenance Planning, CAMO, and Quality Assurance teams for validation and updates.\nEnsure task cards include required tools, materials, safety precautions, and references.\nParticipate in continuous improvement of maintenance documentation processes.\n\nYour qualifications and skills:\nDiploma / bachelor's degree in:\nAeronautical Engineering\nAerospace Engineering\nAircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)\nMinimum 3 years of experience in aviation technical documentation or maintenance planning.\nStrong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and ATA chapter system.\nAbility to interpret OEM manuals and technical drawings.\nKnowledge of airworthiness regulations and maintenance standards.\nExperience working with airlines or MRO organizations.\nFamiliarity with ATA iSpec 2200 / S1000D documentation standards.\nKnowledge of maintenance planning software and MRO systems, such as AMOS, TRAX, Ramco Aviation Maintenance, Rusada ENVISION, Veryon Tracking, and Lufthansa Technik flydocs.\nUnderstanding of base/line maintenance and heavy maintenance workflows.\nComfortable using AI-based tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity and quality\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory\n\nKey Competency:\nStrong technical writing skills\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nKnowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures\nCross-functional collaboration\nSafety and compliance awareness\n\nWe offer competitive compensation depending on your profile.
