Job Title: Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities
"19;Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for all company transactions
"19;Record and reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and expense reports
"19;Prepare, issue, and track client invoices
"19;Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
"19;Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
"19;Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
"19;Assist with tax preparation, filings, and compliance
"19;Maintain organized records for audits and financial reviews
"19;Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding financial matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
"19;Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
"19;Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting
"19;Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and basic accounting principles
"19;Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication
"19;High attention to detail and accuracy
"19;Strong organizational and time-management skills
"19;Ability to handle confidential financial information
US shift
Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
