Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mulund, Mumbai. The Articled Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, assist in tax computations and filings. Daily responsibilities include working on financial reporting, participating in due diligence exercises, preparing working papers and documentation, and conducting basic research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters.

The role also involves coordinating with clients for information requests, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to consulting, valuations and Virtual CFO-related tasks as required.\n\nQualifications\nEnrollment as an Article trainee under the Chartered Accountancy program (IPCC/Intermediate cleared, as applicable).\nStrong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation, and corporate laws.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with accounting and tax software.\nAbility to analyze financial data, prepare working papers, and maintain detailed documentation.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.\n\nReach out to us at [email protected]
