Team Manager

Innodata is hiring a Team Manager to lead AI/LLM operations involving content writing, data annotation, and related workflows. The role requires driving project delivery, managing teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering high-quality outcomes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for AI/LLM, content writing, and data annotation projects.
• Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams comprising content writers, annotators, and AI/ML professionals.
• Manage resource allocation, project execution, and operational workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving challenges.
• Ensure quality standards are met and drive continuous process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/LLM operations, content operations, or data annotation projects.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams.
• Strong expertise in operations and project management.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling tools, and content management systems.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
