Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Upload, organize, classify, and archive digital assets, including images, videos, documents, and marketing materials.
- Create, maintain, and enforce metadata standards, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
- Ensure digital assets are accurately tagged for easy search and retrieval.
- Monitor asset quality, version control, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and content teams to manage asset requests.
- Maintain data integrity, governance, and compliance within the DAM platform.
- Perform regular audits to identify duplicate, outdated, or unused assets.
- Generate reports on asset usage, performance, and system health.
- Provide user training and support for DAM tools and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Digital Libraries, Content Management, or Information Management.
- Experience with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, Bynder, Brandfolder, Aprimo, Canto, or similar.
- Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy, cataloging, and digital asset workflows.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, version control, and content governance.
- Familiarity with image, video, and document file formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Library & Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Content Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) and copyright compliance is a plus.
